I had lunch at one of the restaurants that pop up on many of the food blogs about Japan - Steakhouse Satou. And they certainly delivered!
After fifteen minutes in queue
I gained a place at the bar
And ordered some form of fillet, unclear exactly what (since everything's in Japanese). But it was the most tender, tastiest meat I've ever tasted.
Really fun to sit at the bar and see how they work in the kitchen.
